Auto Archive Button

Did you know…there are two ways to Archive in Outlook?

 

 

Setup Archive


Tools > Options

 

Click the Other tab

Click the AutoArchive… Button

 

Setup the parameters, how often you would like Outlook to archive

 

 

 

Auto Archive button

 

Tools > Mailbox Cleanup

 

Click the AutoArchive button
