Grouping Data in a Pivot Table
For example, items in a date field can be grouped by month, and items in a number field can be grouped by tens.
For Example: PMB
You no longer need to have three tabs for your PMB (PMB tab, Pivot tab, and Data tab) you’ll only need two (Pivot tab and Data tab)
Group the like Cost Accounts (CA) and type in the correct title for the rollup CA
(i.e. Column A is representing the level 2 CA, Column B is representing the level 3 CA, Column C is representing the level 4 CA)
